- Can my item be delivered to a PO Box?
- Yes, you can send to a PO Box, simply list this as your delivery address when purchasing your order.
- Does Someone Need To Be Home To Accept Delivery?
- It is preferable for you to be at home but it is not absolutely necessary. Parcel deliveries begin at 7am every business day and end at 5pm and you will need to sign to confirm that you have received the delivery. If you are not at home Australia Post will return the parcel to the nearest Australia Post outlet and leave a note on your doorstep to inform you of the arrival and location of your goods. You can then collect your items after signing at the post office. You may also choose to have your parcel delivered to a Post Office box. That way you can pick it up when it suits you.
- Are deliveries covered by insurance?
- For added security all our parcels are sent using Registered Post. This allows us both to obtain proof that the item was both delivered and received, and be compensated if your item should be lost or damaged during delivery.
- How do I track the progress of my delivery?
- All parcels are given a unique identification number and barcode printed on their address label which will allow you to track your delivery online. Scan events will typically be captured at lodgement, and throughout the delivery process and can be viewed online at auspost.com.au/track
- How Long Will Delivery Take After Dispatch?
- Delivery takes between 1-5 business dates from the date of dispatch. For expected delivery times for a specific region see the Australia Post website: auspost.com.au/personal/parcel-service-standards.html

- Duckprint Pty Ltd values your privacy. We will only collect customer information that enables us to deliver superior service to you, the customer. We collect the name, postal and email addresses, telephone number, payment and order information of customers when they order from us. The information collected is used for billing and delivery purposes and to measure customer interest in our products. If selecting to sign up to our newsletter you are given the option to unsubscribe at any time. Access to any personal information held about you is restricted to those persons who need to know that information in order to carry out the task for which the information was collected. Any personal information that you provide us is private and we will not release such information to individuals or to other companies, unless we are required to do so by law. - What do I do if my product has a fault?
- We take pride in the quality of our products, but sometimes there are issues beyond our control. If you should have any problem with any of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@duckprint.com. We will do our very best to ensure that your issue is resolved as quickly as possible. You will be emailed a document that you can print out, attach to your product, and mail to us, in which case the postage costs will be covered by us. Upon receipt of your faulty product we will dispatch your replacement.
- What if I change our mind?
- Ever bought something online and it wasn’t quite what you wanted? We have. No one wants to worry about forking out their hard earned cash for something that just doesn’t work out. That’s why we have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you can simply return your item within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

- How do I purchase from you?
- Click the “add to basket” button to the right of the item you wish to purchase. Once you have selected everything you want to order click the shopping basket icon (which is on the bottom right of the product page and the top right of the home page). The total cost of your order will be calculated and if you choose to continue you can select Pay now. You will then be taken to the PayPal website where you can securely enter your payment details and have your transaction processed. Please visit the ‘payment’ page for further information.
- Is my credit card information protected?
- Duckprint processes all payments through PayPal, which is one of the most trusted and secure online transaction services in the world. When you purchase a product through PayPal you provide us only with your email and delivery address. Your sensitive financial information is stored securely on the PayPal servers and used by PayPal to process the transaction.
- What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
- PayPal no longer requires credit card users to have a relationship with them. (If you do have one it will speed up your check-out by a couple of minutes by saving you from entering your name, address and credit card number.) From the check-out page, select “Secure Credit Card via PayPal” (as in the example on the left), then click the “Pay Now” button to proceed to the PayPal secured website. Enter your credit card information as you normally would. At the end of the transaction PayPal will give you the option to save your information, and create an account with them for future use.
- What if I don’t have a credit card?
- To make payments through PayPal all that is required is a bank account.
- Which cards does PayPal accept?
- PayPal accepts Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. You can also add Visa and MasterCard cards issued in some foreign countries. Make sure that your billing address exactly matches the address on your card statement.
- Can I Pay For My Order Upon Delivery?
- All payments must be cleared before your items are dispatched.
- Will I be supplied with a Tax Invoice?
- The Order Confirmation email that you receive when you make an order is a valid Australian Tax Invoice. If you have lost your invoice we will be happy to email you a new one. Just drop us an email at contact@duckprint.com.
- Is Local Pickup An Option?
- Your items will be posted to your choice of address via Australia Post at no cost to you. Due to occupational health and safety regulations we do not allow pickups from our warehousing facilities.

- What is quality cotton do we use?
- The fabric used in each design varies slightly so you’re best to look at the fabric specifications for the design that interests you. Just go to the product page that interests you most and click on the specifications tab. Here you will find everything you need to know – the thread count, whether the fabric is a sateen, percale or twill weave and what kind of fabric the material is made out of. The majority of our designs are 100% pure cotton, however a couple of the designs are a blend of tencel and cotton, which gives the fabric an extra silky texture.
- What comes in the package?
- Each package contains 2 European pillowcases, 2 regular pillowcases, and 1 doona cover.
- What sizes do you have?
- We currently only stock king and queens sizes, but we’re planning to expand our range in future, so keep an eye on our website or sign up for our mailing list. Note that these are all Australian sizes as believe it or not some countries have different size specifications for beds.
- Do the doona covers use button or zips?
- All Duckprint doona covers use buttons. We prefer buttons because they are more likely to survive the daily wear and tear and are much more easily replaced, so you can keep using your high quality doona covers for many years to come! Given that all our designs are double sided, we’ve used a special ‘hidden’ button design that doesn’t interrupt the look of the fabric.
- I want to see & touch the product!
- We have swatches available of the fabric and colours used in each design. This means that you can not only feel the product, but you also can check that the colours match with the rest of your decor. If you would like to have one posted out to you just click on the design you are most interested in, and instead of ordering a king or queen size set order yourself a swatch for $3. This nominal fee helps us cover adminstration and postage costs.

- How should I best care for my products?
- To ensure longevity of your product please follow the care instructions outlined below:
- Hand Wash at cold temperatures (below 30°)
- Do not bleach
- Iron on low (below 110°)
- Drip Dry
- Do not soak (especially dark colours)
- Turn inside out before washing
- Wash seperately to avoid mixture of colours If you have purchased one of Duckprint’s tencel/cotton blend products, we recommend that they be hand washed for longer life.
